Types of Massage TherapY

Deep Tissue / Trigger Point Massage

This massage is designed to relieve severe tension in the muscles and connective tissues. It is ideal for those who suffer from chronic pain or have sustained physical injury and is also very effective for addressing the strains of normal life activities .

MediCupping / Vacuum Therapy

These therapies have multiple benefits including optimizing your lymphatic drainage system function,  detoxifying tissues, and decreasing muscular tissue adhesions.  Scar tissue and cellulite can also be improved by these therapies.

Hot stone massage is a specialty massage where the therapist uses smooth, heated stones as an extension of their own hands, or by placing them on the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles.
